How to Open a Ticket
If you are a current customer and have a problem you need PCCC to fix, please:
- Do not just e-mail or call a specific technician. This can result in significant delays as our technicians are routinely on job sites for long periods of time.
- Instead call PCCC at 703-359-9700. You can just hit 0 and ask anyone to open a ticket! If this is an after-hours emergency and you go to voice mail, please hit 7.
- Or, if your issue is not particularly urgent, you can open a ticket via e-mail by sending mail to both firstname.lastname@example.org and email@example.com.
Following these procedures will make certain that your technical issue is addressed in a timely manner. Once a ticket is open, a manager will review your ticket and authorize a technician to begin work.
